If you ordered from us on our standard delivery service your order will arrive in 2 working days with the exception of orders containing items marked as special delivery which will take up to 7 days.

Pets at home delivery not arrived. If you go to store it can be really bad or really good. Was promised next day delivery food stocks were very low and it took 2 days for it to arrive. Please wait 2 working days for orders that have been shipped via dpd and then if the remainder of your order has still not arrived please call our customer service team on 0800 328 4204 between 8am 8pm monday to friday or 9am 5pm saturday and sunday. For home delivery orders our delivery company dpd will provide you with a 1 hour delivery time. Orders less than 39 will be ready for collection in up to 4 days. No most people are not home during the day when their delivery is made. Kaya arrived in glasgow with no problems and was so happy to be reunited with us. This is the easiest and fastest way to obtain current information. Next day delivery is their online advert.
